An update for residents concerning the water on the 600 block of Main St.
Several residents have contacted the office concerning the water and we thank you for your vigilance. Be assured that the Borough has been working to resolve the issue.

Since Main St was recently paved as part of a major improvement project, we wanted to be 100% certain that it was a water main issue and not a ground water problem due to the unusually high amount of rainfall we’ve had.

The last thing we want to do is dig up a recently paved road unless absolutely necessary.
We hope to have the issue resolved later this week or possibly early next week.
Any resident affected will be notified through our Code Red system.

Thank you for your patience.
